5. Return shipping:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error or the product is defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. If the return meets our eligibility criteria, we will process your return within 7 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
